Return Policy
Unworn Ready-to-Wear merchandise with attached tags can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided you have a receipt. Please be aware that all bespoke and custom pieces are considered Final Sale (No Returns). It's important to note that all returns and exchanges are subject to our discretion.
Alterations Policy
Modifications to De Arkhurst garments required after an is item delivered will incur extra charges, with pricing determined on a per-modification basis. Please note that all alterations to De Arkhurst garments will require 1-2 weeks for completion. We gladly accommodate external alterations, with pricing determined on a per-modification basis. Please note that all alterations to non-De Arkhurst garments will require 2-3 weeks for completion.
What bespoke details can I choose from?
We have a full bespoke offering. The opportunities are endless.
How long does the MTM process take?
For first-time commissions, MTM pieces will be ready in 3-5 weeks. For existing clients, bespoke pieces will be ready in 3-4 weeks.
Can you make me an exact duplicate of a garment that I purchased with another brand?
Yes, We are happy to draw inspiration from styles you admire, but please note that all our pieces will be crafted as unique De Arkhurst originals and will not be replicas of any other brand.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, appointments are required since De Arkhurst show room is not ready yet.
Do you have a MTM program for women?
We extend the same MTM program to women as we do to men.
Please note that we do not offer alterations for external women’s garments, including gowns, skirts, blouses, and similar items.

How does payment work?
All already made orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We only accept 70% payment on bespoke and MTM order and the remaining 30% after completion. Your order will be confirmed and processed upon receiving the 70% payment.

Where are you located?
We are based in Birmingham, United Kingdom. But our services are provided nationwide and within Europe.
Do you have stores?
At present, we do not possess any brick-and-mortar establishments that you can visit. The absence of physical stores enables us to offer you competitive prices on customized clothing and deliver a personalized experience right at your doorstep. We will bring our services directly to you!
